Peter Shapeero
Managing Director, Investment
Peter Shapeero is Managing Director of the firm.
Peter qualified as a Chartered Surveyor on leaving school and obtained a BSc degree in Estate Management from the University of London. He spent the early part of his career in the property industry working in London and Milan.
He joined Müller in 1989 working with German investors in the United Kingdom and Germany, becoming Managing Director and a shareholder in the early 1990’s. Following a change of ownership of the German parent company Peter bought out the London operation to establish the current business in 2003. Since then Peter has continued to develop Müller as a leading independent firm, working with international investors.
Junji Shirota
Geoffrey Marriott
Investment Manager
Junji Shirota obtained both his BSc and Master’s Degrees in Urban Planning at the University of Tsukuba in Japan in the 2009-12 period. Junji has accumulated a wide experience working a number of years at Nikken Sekkei, one of the world’s and Japan’s largest urban design & architectural firm, and later for several years with DBJ Asset Management, part of the Development Bank of Japan.
Junji works principally on investment from the far east into Europe with especial emphasis on Japanese into London.
Junji had a wide experience in the management of real estate funds backed by the Japanese Government on over 30 projects whilst with DBJ Asset Management. Junji therefore has an extensive competence in both the design of properties as well as building management before moving to investment management in Japan.
More recently Junji has completed an MBA from the University of Manchester, England in 2023.
Junji has published two peer-reviewed papers on Urban Development Incentive Systems in Japan.
Managing Director, Asset Management

Geoffrey Marriott joined Müller in 2004, and leads the firm’s Asset Management team.
Geoffrey has an almost unrivalled experience and knowledge of the UK property industry. In previous roles he was a Director of Prudential Portfolio Managers, where he was responsible for the shopping centre investments owned by the Prudential, and is a former Associate Partner at Jones Lang Wootton (now Jones Lang LaSalle), where he was responsible for managing London West End offices on behalf of major UK pension funds.
His extensive experience also includes acting as consultant to Lendlease, advising on the development and future management of the Bluewater shopping centre, and as consultant to the Royal Mail advising on realising value from their extensive London property portfolio. Geoffrey is a Fellow of the RICS.
David Carlsson-Evans
Director
A chartered surveyor with 25 years experience in all aspects of asset managing commercial property throughout the UK, David joined Müller in 2017 as part of the ongoing expansion of the management team.
David has a proven track record in property and asset management whilst placing great emphasis on satisfying tenant/occupier expectations, as playing a key role in maintaining cashflow for investors.
He has worked previously with SJ Higgins, including handling a portfolio of circa 650,000 square feet mixed use space across the UK, as well as at Transport for London dealing with a wide range of rail/property issues including Crossrail and its associated developments sites across London.
David is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Paul Farrell
Director, Client Accounting
Paul Farrell is Director – Head of Client Accounts heading the firm’s client accounting team. He joined Müller International in 2008.
He has 22 years accounting experience in the property management sector, including roles in the client accounting teams at BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management (2007 – 2008) and DTZ London (1999 – 2007).
In his current role Paul has developed strong working relationships with international clients, based upon maintaining control and development of accounting systems, understanding clients’ needs to ensure accurate and timely financial and statutory reporting. Paul prides himself, and his team, in their ability to focus their attention to detail by working in a controlled, well-resourced environment to deliver exceptional client service and reduce financial risk.
Paul is a Full Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians.
Ashley Bunkall
Director
Ashley Bunkall is a Director in the Asset Management team.
He joined Müller International in 2003.
Ashley is responsible for a wide range of asset management and project management assignments to manage risk, increase rental income and uplift clients’ investment value.
He has over 30 years experience in the property industry, having undertaken property management and asset management roles at Royal & Sun Alliance Property Investments, as a development surveyor with MEPC plc, and dealing with agency and professional work at both Weatherall Green & Smith (now BNP Paribas) and Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield).
Ashley has a Diploma in Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the RICS.
Rebecca Purdy
Operations Manager
Rebecca joined Müller International in 2010 initially as a Personal Assistant in the Asset and Property Management Department she then went on to fulfill the role of Facilities Administrator. More recently Rebecca has been appointed as Operations Manager with responsibility for organising all of the administrative activities that ensure the smooth running of the company.
Rebecca ensures the maintenance of company records enabling the smooth and effective functioning of all administrative processes.
She is also responsible for general “house-keeping” in the company, health & safety matters as well as annual testing of electrical equipment and devices and their compliance with current legislation.
Hannah Proctor
Dovile Petrauske
Facilities Manager
Before joining us in November 2019, Hannah was a dedicated member of the Facilities team at CBRE, acting on behalf of a large investment bank, having gained over 5 years of relevant experience.
Hannah Joined CBRE prior to the “go live” date to assist with the transition of one of their largest financial clients, based on a 1 million sq. ft. site and circa 7,500 staff. She worked closely with the client to ensure the correct processes and procedures were set up. She now has proven experience in setting up the necessary processes and procedures, vendor management and health and safety, and she prides herself on being able to deal with all levels of stakeholders and develop relationships with both clients and colleagues. Hannah enjoyed working closely with the client, architects, designers, and main contractor and change agents, throughout the £350M refurbishment project.
Hannah possesses a high level of analytical thinking, alongside thriving in challenging situations.
Office Manager
Dovile joined Müller International in 2016 and after working in the role of Administrator, within the Property Management Department, she has more recently fulfilled the role of Office Manager working alongside our Operations Director.
Key roles for Dovile include maintaining and updating our policies & procedures to ensure compliance for our ISO accreditations. Dovile also ensures the maintenance of company records enabling the smooth operating and effective functioning of all administrative processes within the company, to include all matters relating to Health & Safety.
